Support to exchange goods within 03 days from the date of successful receipt.

Conditions of exchange(Conditions for Exchange)

To ensure the hygiene and quality standards specific to high-end lingerie lines, returned products must meet the following standards:

The product still has its original labels (tags), packaging bag and accompanying gift (if any).

The product is completely unused, unwashed and has no strange odors (perfume, body).

IMPORTANT NOTE: For personal hygiene reasons, we DO NOT support returns for Panties lines.

We encourage you to carefully check the size chart or message our team for detailed advice before ordering.

For hygiene reasons, panties are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged once delivered.

Implementation process(Process)

Step 1: Take a photo/Video of the product condition and send a message to us via Facebook or Website.

Step 2: After confirming eligibility, please pack the goods carefully, the shipper will come and exchange the goods directly within 2-7 days.

Shipping costs(Shipping Fees)

Errors from the manufacturer: We bear 100% of the two-way shipping costs if the product has errors in seams, lace material or wrong size/model from the shop.

Personal needs: Customers please pay shipping costs if they want to change size or model due to personal preferences.

Manufacturer Defects: We cover 100% of the two-way shipping fee if the product has stitching defects, lace flaws, or if an incorrect size/item was sent by our studio.

Personal Request: Customers are responsible for the shipping fee if the exchange is due to a change of mind or personal size preference.
